On site service available for all types of machinery, Lathes, Milling Machines, Guillotines, Press Brakes, Steelworkers and most other general workshop machines.

Our Service Engineers are all apprentice trained in either mechanical, electrical or hydraulic disciplines. CNC work is undertaken by our specialist CNC/electronic contractor.

Three distinct service levels :-

Breakdown – Emergency breakdown service, as and when a problem occurs.

Routine – Non contract routine maintenance, planned to maintain individual machines in operational order, for example Guillotine blade changes, clutch adjustment, hydraulic oil changes etc.

Service Agreement – Six monthly or yearly contracted agreement to maintain several machines within a facility to undertake routine planned maintenance and all H&S regulatory work. Priority is given first to customers with Service Agreements.

Maintenance Log – In compliance with the PUWER Legislation, for every machine we work on we will start and keep a complete log of the work we have undertaken.
